Commercial account data should be handled carefully.

Placement data can include business records, owner contact information, payment history, and documentation. Access and transfer procedures matter.

Who this page is for

For merchants who heard from us, and for lenders and buyers who place files with us.

If you heard from us

You're in the right place.

Calls, letters, and emails from Merchant Rehab are genuine. Three things to check before you do anything else.

Verify the contact is real

Any letter or call from us will reference the lender who placed the account, an account or reference number, and the phone and address shown on this page. If any of those details don't match, treat it as a scam and email us directly at info@merchantrehab.com.

Understand what you're looking at

We recover on commercial obligations: MCA advances, small-business loans, equipment finance, and merchant services balances placed with us for resolution. We don't work personal or consumer debt. If your notice looks consumer-related, it probably isn't ours.

Resolve on workable terms

Most files close without litigation. Payment plans, partial settlements, and reinstatement are all on the table. Call or write, and we'll walk through the options that fit your situation.

Security posture

Secure transfer

Placement packages should move through approved secure transfer methods, not loose email attachments.

Access controls

Only team members who need a file for servicing should access it.

Retention discipline

Records are retained for the file lifecycle and a period after closure.
