    We receive the placement summary and identify missing fields or documents.

  2. Documentation check

    Agreement, balance, payment history, assignment records, and communication history are reviewed.

  3. Placement agreement

    NDA and placement terms are completed before active work starts.

  4. First outreach

    Once the file clears review, outreach begins through approved channels.

Business and guarantor details

Legal business name, DBA, address, owner or guarantor where applicable.

Financial detail

Original amount, payments received, current balance, fees, and settlement authority if available.

File history

Prior disputes, legal status, bankruptcy information, and recent contact attempts.
