How to read this

  • No interest is added in default. Most commercial files we work do not accrue additional interest after placement; the calculator reflects that. If your specific file has different terms, the actual numbers can differ.
  • Settlement amounts are not guaranteed. A 60% lump-sum is not an offer. The number that the originator will accept depends on the age of the file, prior payments, your business situation, and other factors. Use this as a starting point.
  • Plans require approval. Any plan you propose has to be approved on the file. We document the agreement before payments begin.
  • Nothing here is sent anywhere. All math runs in your browser. We do not see your numbers unless you choose to share them with us through the contact form.
